CUSTOMER HARASSMENT POLICY
TCG Co., Ltd. ("the Company") reserves the right to refuse to respond to inquiries or requests regarding its products or services if it determines that the behavior in question exceeds socially acceptable standards.
If the Company judges such conduct to be malicious, it may, as necessary, contact law enforcement agencies, legal counsel, or other relevant parties to take appropriate action.
- Intimidation or threats through shouting, abusive language, or violent speech.
- Insults or acts that deny personal dignity.
- Invasions of privacy of individual employees.
- Defamation or slander via social media or the internet.
- Excessive repetition of demands or prolonged monopolization of communication through unilateral claims.
- Unreasonable or excessive requests.
- Demands for apologies or disciplinary action against employees without legitimate grounds.
- Requests for exchanges or services beyond reasonable limits and socially accepted standards.
- Acts of harassment, including sexual harassment.
